How do I print at home?
Most of our customers print at online services since they can get edge-to-edge printing, as well as create a large poster to keep near the Photo Booth, so guests can do a video when they're standing in line. You can usually have posters delivered in a week.
If you prefer to print at home, there are so many combinations of computers, print drivers, software and printers that we cannot give deep guidance there. Printing to a home printer is out of our control.
With that said, here are 2 different methods you can use. You may need to tailor them to your specific situation.
Method 1
This one may be the more intuitive one, is pretty simple, and is the necessary solution if you don't have duplex printing:
- Print the front side of all your table cards
- Put them all back in the printer paper tray, ready to print the other side.
- Print one copy of the back PDF to ensure you've oriented the paper on the correct face and in the correct direction
- Print the Back PDF on the rest of the cards when ready
Method 2
This is an example for a Xerox laser printer with duplex color printing and a Mac laptop. However it might be close enough to your specific situation. Here are the steps:
- Open one PDF in Preview. Be sure the thumbnails are showing on the left margin
- Drag and drop the other PDF into the left margin
- Select Print and use the following settings
- Duplex
- Paper size: Postcard

Also, here's an Adobe support document for double sided printing for Mac and Windows. You can use the free Adobe reader software
