My friend doesn't like to do a video. Is there another solution?

Some people are extremely camera, shy, and don't want to do a video. Here's an idea you can suggest to them.

They could point their camera at a picture, perhaps of themselves or perhaps of some special memory, that's relevant to the occasion, and just speak. That way, you would hear their audio but not see them.
