Refund Policy

We go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding product and we communicate clearly on our website and in our Knowledgebase/FAQs what we provide.

We also deliberately designed the app to provide users the ability to test it and "kick the tires" to see what it can do before payment is required.

In the unlikely event that we have a bug that causes you to be unable to collect video messages or complete your processed video montage, we will certainly provide a refund. That has not happened yet, but perhaps it could happen someday.

However, if you change your mind for any reason and decide not to use our service after payment, we have a strict no refund policy. So please be sure you actually want our service before payment.
