I received a contribution with no audio!

Once in a while, someone sends in a video message that has no audio. So far, we have only seen that happen in the Chrome desktop browser.

Unless their camera is not working correctly this is almost certainly caused by the following:

1. They initially denied access to their camera and microphone.
2. When they later granted permission, they only gave access to the camera and not the microphone.
